Our Goal
We provide unbiased estimates based upon not only our experience, but our intensive research. We write estimates the same way for any party - insured, body shop, insurer, claimant, whoever! Our estimate writing does not and cannot change to suit one party - we are as unbiased as they come. Our estimate will be as complete and comprehensive as our analytics and experience allow.
We do not take sides or negotiate, our focus is on creating repair plans to repair each and every vehicle according to OEM and paint manufacturer standards. A thoroughly documented, data-driven, and most importantly, safe repair plan.
How does it work?
First, we will create a profile exclusively for your body shop. We’ll talk about which product lines you use, your paint booth type, preferred parts, scan and calibration vendors you typically utilize, and your shop's labor rates.
The Estimate
You have your initial estimate (likely from the insurer), you have the car disassembled, and you’re ready to write your supplement.Send us the estimate, the supplemental items you need, photos of the vehicle, and photos to support each supplemental item.Then we’ll get to work.
Research
We will review the estimate and supplemental items and meticulously research each line item. We will review repair methods for each operation, ADAS components and calibrations, technical data sheets from the paint and body suppliers, “not included” operations, and position statements from the manufacturer. This research often uncovers parts which cannot be replaced with aftermarket or recycled, and parts which are not able to be repaired per the OEM.
We utilize AllData, MOTOR, and manufacturer collision portals to identify every step of the repair process, the way the manufacturers intend the repairs to be done.
The Repair Plan:
We will provide you with an incredibly detailed estimate, meticulously documented with OEM, paint manufacturer, and other proven industry data to support each line item written.You can now review our estimate and submit your supplement as you see fit. You can have confidence knowing you have all the data points and documentation to support each necessary repair and procedure.
